Gafaru heads the Dispute Resolution Practice division of the firm and has built considerable experience in broad and diverse areas of law practice that cuts across corporate law, litigation, immovable property, family law, labor law, criminal defense, Alternative Dispute Resolution, trade, energy, and natural resources law.
He is a proud alumnus of the distinguished Young Leaders Programme organized under the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and the Youth Network for Human Rights and Advocacy(YouNet).
He focuses his time mainly on legal research and writing, peer review of scholarly articles, reading socio-political materials, and generally staying relevant to contemporary discussions in the country and around the world.
