Dennis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 22 years of broad strategic and hands-on HR management and functional experience with notable achievements in blue-chip multinational companies in Ghana and some African countries.
He has had good leadership experience as Head of the Department with a track record of great people manager experience.
Before joining Sustineri Attorneys, he doubled as a freelance Human Resource and Management consultant and the lead consultant with Plato Consult Ltd, one of the leading HR Consultancy firms in Ghana. Before then, he also worked with the erstwhile Ghana Breweries Limited under Heineken B.V and Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited under Diageo PLC where he played various roles within their Human Resources functions.
As a consultant, Dhe has worked in various industries ranging from telcos, manufacturing, NGO, oil and gas, energy, real estate services, retail, agriculture, education, etc. working to provide strategic solutions to human resource and management issues.
His professional focuses are on strategic human resources management, organizational effectiveness, labor law, and dispute resolution.
