Cyril Dzidedi Korku Nkrumah has expertise in company, contract and commercial law, with a particular focus on advising and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
He advises clients and provides practical and commercially responsive legal solutions to businesses at different stages of their growth.
Cyril is particularly passionate about SME development and intra-African trade. He works to help businesses understand and leverage the opportunities presented by the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), with a focus on enabling African SMEs to become more competitive, access new markets and position themselves for sustainable growth.
Cyril has previous experience in Ghana’s pension industry, where he worked with master trust and standalone pension schemes, including the administration of Tier 2 and Provident Funds. This experience has contributed to his understanding of financial structures, regulatory frameworks and the broader business environment within which organisations operate.
