Karen Mma Adaare

Karen is up to date with developments in the emerging fields of sustainability and has under-studied lawyers from various engagements where she gained experience and insights into corporate and commercial practice, drafting, and administration procedures.

She specializes in advising companies in the natural resource industry including mining, oil, and gas on best sustainability practices and regulatory issues in Ghana.

Outside the practice, she volunteers with Reformation Community, a Non-Governmental Organization, that seeks to provide children in their formative years with education that will develop them holistically.
